Tilp, Thomas

Thomas Tilp studied Physical Engineering at the University of Applied Science in Lübeck, where he received his Diploma in 2012. His Diploma Thesis dealt with confocal differential measurements to determine the focal position in Laser Marking and Engraving Systems. In 2012 he joined the group of Prof. Henry Chapman at CFEL as a scientific engineer. In 2015 he joined the group of Prof. Franz X. Kärtner as leader of the mechanical engineering team.
